Thread: website issue, and tracking software

I purchased an account with Vodahost, How do I retrieve the program for download from this site http://www.vodahost.com/pap.htm. Says it's included with our account. I tried looking for it in the control panel. I don't see it. Nor do I see it in my editing tools. BTW, great tools. I purchased 3 days ago and already working on my site. www.toysandbooks.net, Im hoping to get it running very soon with my product line. Another question I have. On page 2 of my website, I added a product. Noah's Ark Book. It's not showing. How do I completely remove the product from shopping cart list? I can't do it. Everytime I even try to edit it, it shows like that. I want to completely remove it and make new shopping cart for that product. And that won't even allow me to do it. No matter what I do, remove from page, edit, and add it back. It list like that on website. Help
