Photoshop vs HTML

If I buy a template, they have both Photoshop and html versions. If I buy the html version, what software programs are required to edit the template?

I think it would be Dreamweaver or Frontpage??

Most likely any html editor would be able to work on your program. Front Page and Dreamweaver are the two most common for non-professionals.

What will they do that BlueVoda doesn't do?

BlueVoda is not an HTML editor. You can design a website using a template but you cannot make changes to the actual template in BV.

Please ask the template vendor what the requirements are. This is the ONLY way you can know for sure.
