just starting building my website using the BlueVoda tools.

I have a couple questions:

1. After building the website using BlueVoda toolkit, and later i want to change to use ecommence facilities, can i switch to soholaunch toolkit? i.e Do I have to rebuild everything from stratch?

2. Since I am not in US and in starting a Ecommence website, how can i go about creating a Bank A/c etc.. to collect the payments? is there a link where i can go to get more information?
