Hi guys, I can't connect to the server with my Blue FTP

I know it's basic but ensure you are using the correct login and password. If you still have no joy, try re-booting your pc and router. Sometimes it's just a matter of waiting it out. I've had to wait for a few hours on a couple of occasions. If you are still having problems later, come back or submit a support ticket. :o)

I've tried everything, honnestly amanda, they call me the B planner with computers, I can find solution for anything in it, but in web hosting, I'm still new, nothing gave me a solution, and I've sent a ticket and they asked to try again, but nothing

Are you receiving any type or error?, what is happening.

Please make sure you are using the correct user, pass and most important
you are selecting the correct IP address

I made sure that everything is correct, but nothing.

What you suggest? I guess maybe I should send a ticket to reset my account.

Firstly - DON'T WORRY!

These things happen from time to time. I've experienced it a few times. I'd give it until tomorrow and if you are still having problems update your support ticket explaining that. This sort of problem can be caused purely by a busy internet... so, as hard as it is, be patient for a little while longer. If, by morning you've had no joy - follow my advice.
