Thread: Linking within the same page

Hi, how do I create links within the same page ?

Not a menu bar which I already have but keywords "History" "Processing" "Grades" etc. that I will add horizontally on top that when clicked on will move to that specific paragraph.

p.s. I included "Back to Top" by adding the page link. Not sure if this was the best way, but it worked.

Using the bookmark tool is a really good way to do this, Bill. If you need any help - just come back and ask.

I can't seem to make the bookmarks work.

I highlight the word I want then insert a bookmark, all I get is a sqaure with a flag. What am I doing wrong ?

I have tried everyything and read the posts on bookmarks and still can't get it to work.
I created keywords and added bookmarks in each section, I then created the links for each keyword and used the pulldown menu to identify each bookmark.
Saved>Published and still can't get it to work.
Help.

They work!! It's probably your browser cache. Hit F5 a few times or hold down the shift key while you refresh your page.. That should do it.

I checked Firefox and IE6 on another computer and they do work. For some reason, I can't get them to work in Internet Explorer 7.

I couldn't get a lot of stuff to work in that browser so I sacked it! Lol.

IE7 is very buggy right now.

Agree and have uninstalled IE7.

I would use the word **** to describe IE7, Microsoft has really dropped the ball on this one.
