whuile trying to set up a new account, It keeps coming back and saying need country code I put in my number 303-333-3333 (ok fake number) and it won't take it

maybe this is the same problem I had, I talked about it here.

I was using my msn browser and had problems.
when I closed that and used my IE, everything worked perfectly for me.
could you be having similar issues?
