Thread: Can someone please, please HELP

We have been trying to load a help desk to use on my site.
It appears that vodahost has disabled the use of dl() which is a function used for the ioncube encoder on this program. Vodahost say it will slow down the server.
Lara from the help desk is saying Yes its all ok now, & Hank from the help desk is saying NO it will slow down the server. The software engineers where I purchased this from have never even heard of this before.

Can someone please help with a straight answer?
