Thread: Visitors counter and IP adresses HELP PLEASE

I'm wondering how can I know how many people did visit my web site, and how can I put a counter shows that.

And another question, because I'm gonna put a web site with purchasing with credit cards and that matter, how can I locate The IP addresses who are entering my web site.

Generally, I want information about how many people entering my web site and who (IP address).

Have a look in your Cpanel then find AWStats....its full of that kind of info.

If you want to sell products - having a visible counter on your site is a negative and not recommended - but your stats has that info anyway as already posted.

And if you want further info on the people - you can always add statcounter (I recommend the invisible version).

AWStats are great. They give plenty of information and are easy to understand.. I think there is some software that allows to to trace the IP address although I cannot tell you what it is, mabye a google search?
