Well I celebrated yesterday for getting my page up and looking good. Today, I tried to publish a revised page and I am getting told my password is wrong even though it was the password saved on the system and is in fact the password I have been using. What's up? Second in attempting to publish I note that the drop down box lists over a half dozen different DNS numbers, what up with that? How do I know what these are for?

did you not receive a welcome email with your password and ip address it should be in there

Thats the rub. I have used the same id and password, all in lower case as it was given to me. I've checked and re-checked. I get error 12014 Request to connect and log on to FTP server could not be completed because password was incorrect. I did not change my password.

A 12014 error is a password error. Be sure that you are using the cPanel username and password to publish your page. Also, be sure that you are publishing to the correct IP address. Both of these details were sent to you in an email when we created your account.
