Not able to log into Soho admin to access page manager

When I type the url: http://www.ccburns.net/sohoadmin
I am receiving the following error message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@ccburns.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

From Soho's support forum:

It sounds like this is a result of phpsuexec and incorrect owner / permissions. First try logging into your site and chmodding everything in the public_html folder, and their subfolders to 755. Also make sure that the file owner is the same as your cpanel login name. Lastly, if you are using an .htaccess file, make sure that you are not modifying php settings as this also will result in an error 500. You may also need to delete the .htaccess file.

Still no go, I am now getting the message page cannot be displayed

I still see the original error. Do this: ftp into your site, find the .htaccess file and download it to your machine, then delete it from the server. This should fix it, but if it doesn't, you can reupload the .htaccess file.
