Thread: Stat Counter not updating

Hi

I've just installed 8.0.1 and since using it my Stat Counter (from www.statcounter.com) stops updating every now and then. I've followed the Stat Counter advice to reload the code that runs the counter and it works fine for a few days and then stops again. This has only started to happen since I've started using 8.0.1. Too much of a coincidence?

I doubt that the new version of BV has anything to do with your stats counter not working. Are you sure you didn't change anything else?
Do you have an URL of the published page, so we can take a look?

Pablo is correct, BV has nothing to do with your stat counter.

Nothing significant has been changed. I update the Site Last Updated date from time to time, but that is all. It is strange as StatCounter has been running flawlessly since I first set the site up back in March, and it has only started to misbehave since I've been using 8.0.1. Maybe just a coincidence, but thanks for checking anyway.

Your stat counter is third party application, it has nothing to do with us.
