    can anyone tell me how do i enable people to add pictures to my site?

    you need a script (atleast if you want any form of security on what gets uploaded). Fantastico has a gallery script or two, if you don't like those check hotscripts.com

    Register/Login Script
    Do you use a Password Protected Directory? Need a way to allow users to make their own account, try my .htaccess Login Script
