Thread: My Web Sites Have Dissapeared...

Hi, Is there anyone out there that can possibly help me...
I have 4 web sites with Vodahost and all have email... Today I get a call from a client to say that there site is down, I check it and sure enough its down, I check the other 3 and they are all down, email is not working either...
So I notify Vodahost and tell them,
Hank then tells me everything is fine, So it must be my ISP...
So I ask my son in the UK to check the sites, he tells me they are all down,
I ask a friend in Australia, and he tells me they are all down,
I live in the north Island of New Zealand, So I ask someone in the south Island to check, he says they are down...
I check with google adwords and no traffic at all today...
So I have gone back and told Hank in customer support all of this, and he says not to worry everything is working fine...
So how can a site be on the WWW in the US and not anywhere else, my internet service provider insists that the vodahost servers are not working correctly...
Who is right? Hank or My ISP
If Vodahost are saying that everything is fine and its not how do I prove that?
