Thread: I am not up with the terminology

I hope this is the right forum for this problem. Be gentle with me, they are already sick of me in the Blue Voda forum.
Can anyone tell me what <meta dc> is? I have done a few google searches on the subject and come up with Dublin Code. If this is correct, what is it and is it really important?

we all had to learn( and still learning) and this is what the fourm is for, not sure about the DC part, but meta tags are where you place key word for search engines, yahoo etc see
