Thread: Page width keeps changing

Hola!
I went out to some internet cafes and found that my page was
too wide for the small screens... have been changing all of my pages today to comply with the 800 x 600 rule. However, the page width will not stay at 800. It keeps going back up... on one page it went to 2000 something. I am completely starting over with the design and am using a base template I designed for the 800, but it is just not working.

What am I doing wrong? How can I keep the 800 constant?

Whilst designing pages you can often go outside the 800 width....
copying, moving etc.
The trick is to check the width before and after saving
(right click empty part of page, select page properties.)

If you have kept within the 800 mark and the page properties show a greater
figure then you have something outside of the 800.

Try selecting All and then look for anything outside the mark.....
