Looking at the source code of the page http://www.expo300.com/tourn_roll.html I dont see any form created. If the forms are email froms and should preview and publish. reboot and try again,please lete me know. ***** :D

Rebooted computer, did it over again.  I see them here, but not when I publish.... ??? ...
