Thread: Combo boxes

Hi

Hoping i will get the usual excellent advice from forum members with this one!

I have made up a simple online form using 3 combo boxes and 1 tick box, it looks great when i preview it, and i am ready to upload. The problem is once someone makes their selections from the pull down boxes how do they submit it to me????? Does it get sent as an email? I guess that would be the easiest way for me anyway.

This depends on what you set the action of the form to, if you want to receive an email, simple double click on the form, then paste something
like the below in the action box:

mailto:you@emailaddress.com

Hi thanks for the reply, but i have not used the FORM tool....i have used a series of individual combo boxes, now 5 in total, 1 tick box, and i was then hoping that is i put a "submit" or "send" button somewhere on the page, all the contents of the individual combo boxes would be emailed to me??

You would need to use the form tool, otherwise this willnot work, check out the below video:
