Thread: IE Exception Error 12002

Hi

Have just finished making some tweaks to my site, tried to publish it and got above error.

What did I do wrong?

Not seen that one Frank, have you tried re-booting?

clear out your cach file as well, if all else fail I would open a support ticket

It seems that you are failing to make a connection to the server. Please check
you connection and reboot.

I get that one all the time when I'm downloading photos

Here's an undocumented BlueVoda setting that might help in case of timeouts (Error 12002):

1. Start Regedit
2. Find this key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BlueVoda 7\BlueVoda 7\Publish\
3. Add a new DWORD value with the name ConnectionTimeout
4. Enter the value in seconds for example 60 (default is 30)

i can't even find regedit

if your using Xp, goto start run and then follow Pablo instruction) type regedit in the run box)
