Thread: IP address when publishing

Hi

I have upgraded to "8" Thank you for continuing this great software

My problem is that it knocked out all my defaults and passwords

I am trying to publish a updated page but my defaults have gone and i do not know which IP address to use.

I have gone back over all my email when I first joined and tried the ones in there but after I have published and go onto the web and access my site the changes have not been made even after refreshing several times

I would raise a support ticket but for the life of me I can fathom out which password and log in name I use for that

any help please

Raise a support ticket giving your name, your domain name, your email address and your tel No........and request that they re-send your welcome email.

I still have my welcome email and have tried the IP address in there with no luck

Nothing has changed, it is stillt he same IP address, Make sure
you are using the correct username and password. No spaces
or capitals.

Did not do anything different - perhaps I just did not wait long enough before refreshing
