Thread: Some cannot get to my domain!

I have a problem, some of my viewers or people whatever who view my forum and site cannot get in no more, im not sure why, they used to by suddenly they can't.

They say they get an error, like *the page cannot be displayed* or *cannot connect with trigger004.com* *this site might be busy or unavailable please try again later*


Help please, because some people and not happy about this, an im about to host online sale website and i might wana know how to fix this if i happens to someone!

Don't know, my friend, I see it just fine. How many people are affected? If it's just one or two, suggest they delete their cookies and temporary internet files and try again.

If it's just one person, it's either that person's pc or his connection. Send him the suggestions I listed in my previous post.

Right next to the area where you delete cookies is an option to delete temporary internet files. In IE, Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files.

he uses Firefox, but it still does not work he says, im thinking its my domain, but im not sure if a domain such as mine can block it

If everyone on the planet can access your site but this one person, it's on his end, not your's.

I tried it with Firefox and it works fine.

A few. He could have a firewall issue, he could have an ISP issue, he could have a browser issue, etc. Ask him to try with a different browser and see where that goes.

But, this ISP issue....im not sure, i never knew it could pervent someone from getting on a website

is there an auto ban? cuz iv never banned anyone yet, but im worried that i might have did something that pervents some users from getting in

No, you'd have to choose to ban someone.

hmmm, if he used system restore i think it would work, or not

trying to figure out what happend, this all happend when i updated my site, i changed the main to say that the site is undergoing rebuild, and im also making a site to sell things, but thats when it started.

You're putting a lot of work into fixing a problem that you didn't create. It's not your site causing the problem. Your user needs to call his ISP and tell them he's having a problem.

I'm getting the feeling that the person who can't access the site might be the one who owns it and he's embarassed to say so.

If that is the case, they should tell us immediately and provide us with there IP address so we may investigate further.

you saying i stole the domain!?!?

like if u want his IP, i would happily give it to you, or his e-mail whatever you need, but i stole nothing or domains. as i said before, he could not get in after i changed my site to tell everyone that its being rebuilt, after that i build my sale site. But thats all

anyway, if its his problem then ok, i was just checking in here if my domain blocks anything, sorry if i stured up anything

the ip i clean..this is a dead issue, move on....
