Thread: Help getting logged in and started?

Please help me, Yesterday I paid for a webhosting package along with the domain "pclobby.net" I got two emails, an order confirmation and an invoice. On the invoice was my email address and a password and it said to log onto VBS using them. I did that and it worked. I tried the same for contol panel but it didnt work, it didnt work when I tried to log onto Vodahostdomains. I submited a ticket from VBS but received no reply and logged out.

This morning when I try to log in to check a reply, the same details as I used before were now incorrect...

I dont know what to do now...
my client Id is:

CLIENT ID 8352
