Thread: New Client Info

I just signed up a client and I can see that the domain is up. She was sent the Domain registration email but not the login information. Her domain name is sabahbatiks.biz and here is the transaction information:

Check your spam folder for your Welcome email as sometimes mail clients tuck things away.

I thought about that too, and she's already checked and the email is not there. Here email address is sabah_kunle******.com
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try putting in a support ticket with the details you posted above.

edit: Does your client have a VodaHost account ???? Because VH domain names
and VH are 2 seperate entities....just a thought.

She has a vodahost account. I just bought the package. I would wait 24 hours, but I checked the domain name and it has a listing of her directories. They sent her all the information but the login.

It normally takes up to 48 hrs for a new site to percolate throughout the web and VH normally supply a temporary username/password along with
server details(thats the welcome email)
If you have not received that then please put in a support ticket
as I suggested before.......
