Thread: Stumped on password

Hi:
I wanted to download the form software in the treasure chest section that you offer. I entered my password, the one I use to access the control panel and I get an incorrect password response. I'm using lower case. Under cookies, I clicked on "accept cookies normaly". So, can someone tell me what's up? I also tried the password I used for setting up e-mail and that didn't work either. I'm out of password options, so it's your turn to steer me in the right direction.

Is this in anyway tied to not having my index page up on my site?( www.epgusa.com) I can't image it making any difference just to download. But, I'm new at this. . . .

send in a support ticket and they will send you a password....

+ Log on your ''cPanel''
+ Click on ''ReDirects''
+ Leave the first feild blank
+ On the second feild beside the first one on your right type in the name of your domain and the page of your index page.
(example: www.yourdomain.com/index.html)
+ Once you typed that in, click ''Add''

I'm having a similar problem
I'm trying to create a support ticket to get a password to enter the treasure chest for the $2.95 promotion.

It asks for a user email & password
I entered what I thought it was & it came back invalid, so I tried my other email address - that was invalid too.

Thinking I had the wrong password I've gone to the 'lost password' section where it says it will email me a password.

I've tried both my email addresses & it says they are both invalid.

Help please !
