Need Help on Metatags please

I seem to have a mental block and need help turning on the light!!!
what sort of metatag and description should i use for my front page ?
if i can get some idea i should be able to create for my other pages, I have looked at tutorials but donot seem to grasp the concept. my site is

You could start off by using the below for your page description tag:
Glow in the Dark, Photoluminescent, Luminous, UV Re-Active Paints, Powders, Products and Associated Items.

All of the above words appear in the content of your page......

Page Title could be: Glow in the Dark, Photoluminescent Products.....

Keywords could be: any of the above single or joint words seperated by
a comma and no spaces.
i.e: Glow,glow paint,Photoluminescent,Photoluminescent Products etc

The keyword trick is to choose maybe 3 or 4 strong keywords that are used
within your page content.

Hope that this at least gets you started..........until Bethers comes along.
