Hi Paul here from New Zealand. Having trouble connecting to my domain I recently purchased with Vodahost northpointmusic.net (74.52.42.242) I try to connect through BlueFTP and get "attempt to connect to FTP Server failed" Can't connect to my CP either. I've checked the username and password a hundred times. Have been in contact with vodahost support and the guy tells me he can log in OK using my details. Is it a firewall thing or something in my internet connection settings??? Thanks, Paul |

Make sure you don't have any blank spaces after your username and password. Do you get any details with the error message? If yes, post here. Also copy/paste your username and password from the welcome email instead of typing them. Sometimes an uppercase i (I) is confused with a lower case l (l) especially with Arial Font
