Either click on the link in the confirmation email you received and log in or use the 'Help Me' lik at the top - go to Support Centre and log in. Any outstanding tickets you have will show once you log in and you can check them and even add comments.

I really do not mean to be difficult but I do not see the login box.
And even when I go in thru my directory and get to that box it keeps loading this Ad. I refresh, clean my cache and tool bars and the ad is still there.

Ok...How long ago did you update the name servers, they can take up to 24-48 hours to propogate depending on your location.
