Thread: If only I could get my website published!!

Hello out there....!

I am stuck in my bedroom trying to publish my website through voda, it's getting close to my bedtime and I really need some help with this.

I have 1 hosted account at voda domains, i have an email pak, my domain name is registered elswhere, i have a complete website waiting to be published.....

I am now stuck! Everytime I try and publish a page I recieve an error message saying my password is incorrect.

Also I am unsure what to do with name servers.

So 2 questions please,

1. Where do I get the correct password - I've checked my inbox and there is nothing there, although I registered and have paid etc.. 2 weeks ago

2. Do i need to update the name servers with voda's details at my domain name providers?

Please put me out of my misery, email chaptasticman****.com

Hey!

Make sure you have the latest version of BlueVoda. If you don't have it, you will have to install it. This will override the old BlueVoda and your files will remain as is.

You should of recieved an e-mail with:

+ I.P ADDRESS
+ USERNAME
+ PASSWORD

Once you go to publish your page it will first ask you to put in the correct I.P ADDRESS that you got in the e-mail. Then type in your username and password.

I have never received that email, any pointers on who I should beat up to get it, they have my moolah in their bank!!

You have to wait 24 hours to get a Login Information e-mail after you register.

Or you can send a support ticket if it has been long enough.

Submit a Support Ticket describing your issue, and include the date you believe your account was paid.
