Thread: Help Needed

I have just joined this forum and I would like some advice and direction.
I have been trying to register and confirm the transfer of a domain name with Vodahost for weeks now.
I am unable to get past the questionaire. I get the following message:
NEW ACCOUNT
We are unable to process this transaction because we are currently
not accepting orders from this IP.
Support is taking its time meanwhile I cannot publish my site with Vodahost.
Why can't support take my details accept my registration and process me?
Please advise.

Please provide the ticket ID #'s and I will look into the issue, Also it would
be very helpful if youy identified yourself by account ID or something so we
know who we are talking to.

FrankG: ***** will get your problem sorted out......Have you considered just pointing your dns to the vodahost servers until you get this transfer problem sorted????

Hi David, he can't even order, probably because his IP address is blacklisted.

Oh, good point naval, I forgot about that....................
