A key to get a natural page ranking is by creating informative keyword rich content. Remember people search the web for information and they search with keywords.

Be patient once you start as it takes time to create the content and it takes time to move up rankings for particular keywords.

Joshua, without looking at your site it's not easy to tell you what you might need to do. For a starter, click on my last link in my signature - and get the free e-book on search engine optimization - and make sure you are doing what's necessary there.

Then, forget about page rank - as the rank isn't really what's important - if they're sending you the traffic. And the will both usually come somewhat together.
