About LinkBacksAfter adding extra pages to my site I have generated a new sitemap.xml. Do I need to re-submit this to Google or does the original submission cover all consequent updates?

I always resubmit through the webmaster tools if I add pages to the sitemap.
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
