Thread: contact rate?

I have run some google adwords and they seem to be working, but I wonder if it can be better.

The ad leads to the index page.

It seems out of 400 or so people who come to the page, only about 10 at most contact us through e-mail or phone.

Anyone know what the response rate should be on people visiting the page?

Is there changes on the first page we can make to capture more cusotmers?

Any advice is appreciated in advance.

I noticed that your site has the word Francisco mispelled in the header and in the title of the text paragraph. This will surely affect your site. You have good metatags but you have not included a locality keyword phrase, like San Francisco, San Francisco Bay area, etc. And you need to get creative on your page titles, f.e. index and tea menu are not doing you any good. Don't confuse this with page names. Titles show in the browser tab. These suggestions should help some. Good Luck :)
