When i google my site

The sites www.htfc-web.co.uk When i google the site i get htfc-web.co.uk/MB1/ this isnt the page i saved as index tho, How do i get my real index page to show up on google ?

um, i have sitemap 'ed up index page from inside BV too if that makes a difference.

You have your header up there twice.. once way out RIGHT field on your page.. might want to fix that..

Second... If you dont link to it anywhere..like this forum... google wont find you at all... it doesnt appear to have indexed you. UK or US.

You need to get some links out there to you

I have a big monitor and probably a higher resolution than u do so my screen is much wider. Trust me its there.. you moved it off to do something.. couldnt find it and didnt move it back.

kk i changed the image dimentions for the background, is it still there ? if so there away to stop it from keep rolling over ?

yes its still there... open your site... widen the page to 2000 or so and then scroll over there and delete it.. then resize your pages.

this is annoying me lol not even the problem i needed help with, the image im using is entered with page properties > background > image. i cant stop it from rolling over, that mean im going to have to delete the background image and put up a banner on all my pages instead ? (over 20 pages :( )

maybe a way to fix this is to make the image WAY to big so its impossible for any monitor to see it ?

A background image entered the way you have told us would NOT cause this issue. You need to read again what Karen has told you with regards to moving this from al your pages.

sorted now, i got rid of the background image and just placed a banned in its place, now with my real problem. lol anyone can help on that ?

Perhaps the page google shows is MORE qualified for those search terms than your index page is? You cant force google to display your home page. It will display what it wants based on the relevance of the search terms queried. Check your page title and keywords and content carefully.
