1st, is your understanding of the H1. It shouldnt be used just for google, but for your customer to see immediately whats on your page.

No exclamation, no ands ifs buts or other decoration. I might even go one step further and cap the first letters of each word.

Other than that.. not too bad at all. Except for what Ramsey has commented on. I didnt look for your other meta tags
