About LinkBackscan someone please help me and tell me what this means.my site is www.mypersonaldevelopment.com.au. i think it might have something to do with having links in my header that lead no where.please help with my sitemap

Yes you have broken links and Google (as well as all other SE) do not like broken links (404 error) means there is no page at that address. Until you have all your pages created and published with actual content (unlike your home page now) do not even start on your site map.
