Time.. After your website is up for periods of months or years your ranking will improve over time as more people find your site and link to it

what i had done it seemed to work on google, i never submitted the url i had several friends each day they would go onto google typed in my full url http://www.mysite.com in two weeks 3 of my urls got picked up now they have 90% of my urls listed. but it did not work on yahoo.and i only got the website up in november in a few weeks i got another website up here with voda.
