MetaTag Newbie Question

HI, I've tried looking on how to do a Metatag for Google
I've got the code which they need to verify that I own the site..

I've right clicked the BV and selected HTML
then it comes up with 3 Tabs "Before, During, After".
I've tried pasting the code into all 3 but it still wont have it.. am i misisng something ????

strike back,I found it ;)

I clicked on a a background picture instead of the page.

Found it eventually.. lol
