Default Sitemap Error Question

Can anyone help please? I used the BV sitemap creator thing and uploaded the xml file to my c-panel. Do I need to have a separate sitemap page with links on it as well, so I don't have any errors? My site is www.listmls99.com . Also, here's the sitemap error google gave me:

Sitemap errors and warnings

This is not a valid URL. Please correct it and resubmit. Help

Your email address isnt a valid page, its an email address.. It shouldnt be in there
