my business website no longer appears in a search.

My website used to be the first to appear in a google search when someone searched for my company. My business name is Casey Durgin Photography and when typed into the search box as Casey Durgin Photography, it would always appear first. It took me a long time to get listed after submitting to search engines, Web SEO and links through several other websites. I noticed that if I did not update my site regularly it would drop down to the 3rd or 4th spot. I was unable to update it or over a week and now it does not appear at all. I can find my link through various other sites, but not my own. Does anyone know how I can get it back?

Thats why and untill you get some releveant content.. the only thing pointing to your site will be the links OTHER people have to it.

Should I delete all that stuff? That is probably why my site is being listed on random websites. I didn't know anyone can access my SEO text.

Access it? It shows up in red on my firefox. SEO? Blackhat SEO maybe. If its on a page and accessible on the internet anyone can FIND it including the SE.
