<HEAD> tag

I made a meta tag and title tag generator thru vodahits. it says i need to copy and paste it into my <HEAD>...<HEAD> section. it says i need to paste the code directly after the <HEAD> tag. Where is this located?

If anyone could help I'd appreciate it.
