Thread: J Album Directories Assistance Needed

lol ... oh my, I did this the other night, finally figured it all out, and today, I cannot seem to bring back to my brain what it was I did ....

Can someone help me please ....

Okay, I've made the album in jalbum now i need to publish it and this is what i forget ...

ftp server name? ftp.halifaxwolverinesjra.com ????

web directory ???? remote directory ???? output directory???

do I fill in the webroot URL?

this album is for viewing by the public ....

my album is called playersgathersept13 if this helps? I dunno ....

I haven't even got this program anymore, LadyEye. I did but then my pc crashed. Bare with me for a few minutes and I'll download it and have a look for you. Lets see if we can get you fixed up.

Thanks Amanda, Eye's waiting, lol ... I was so sure I would remember what I did, it was only two nights ago, oh my ... I think it's the publishing that I am getting confused with ... directories and all that stuff, I swear I will never be able to figure that out ... can I say I'll never be a "publisher" oh my ....

I'm struggling to install this as I have some DVD work going on and it sucks up all of my system recources.

Okay I found this on another thread by Arsimarco:

after making your jalbum and viewing it to make sure it is what you want go to the publish tab - fill in your IP address - leave port alone, put in your cpanel user name and password, web directory is - public_html
remot directory is name of album i.e. album/mypictures
smart upload and WAIT - sometimes it will time out - just smart upload again - and again if necessary
