Default Anyone familiar with this thing?

I tried to use an online image resizer... i found it here:

    http://www.resizeimage.4u2ges.com/

When i resized a 35k image, it took it down to about 9k which was great. I saved it over the old file then tried to implement it into my page. When i preview it or publish it, its still 35k... i dont get it.

I even tried renaming it a diff file name, still 35k file. im stumped. any ideas? Id really like to get this image down a notch to speed up the page's load time. Thanks.

The application for this pix resizer that is found on this website is infected with the TROJAN DOWNLOADER Psyme

This downloader could be used to install viruses, spyware and other infections on your computer.

I suggest staying away from this ...

Please use the recommended pix resizer by Voda Host that can be found here

    http://www.vodahost.com/pix.htm

or the on line image optimizer that can be found here

    http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/imageoptimizer/index.php

This may be the reason that these pictures are not resizing properly, as it is not a legitimate program.
I also suggest you scan your computer with the latest anti-virus definitions, as well as the latest ad-aware program, Lavasoft, or commonly called Lavasoft adaware ...
