Lightbx with Rollover

First off, love the new lightbox feature. Is there a way to use the lightbox feature with rollover images?

Hi, add an image to the light box. Now click on the text under the filename/title area for the image you want to add alt text to. The thumbnail should now show in the small box window? Now type your alt text in the thumbnail Title field. This will give the alt text.
(The text in the above area must be highlighted for an image for this to work)

I know how to add text to the lightbox, but it appears these are roll-over images with a lightbox with alt text.

Maybe I am wrong!
