Hi,I'm new to this and hope someone can help. I have set the background under page properties and have chosen a template but it looks to me like it is come up twice on the page side by side. I have tried different page width but nothing seems to fix it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance          |

yes it will come up twice and even more, dependent on the template size, backgrounds are usually best kept plain or to a minimum ... insert it on the page as an image instead if you want to use it as a template and choose a color for the background ...
