Thread: Image in preview but not in bv

Hey,
I have imported an image (.jpg). The image comtains some words with a torch. All I can see is a low resolution picture of the torch in bv--no words. But when I preview page, I can see it all.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this. It makes it hard to build the rest of the site if you can't see the image.

Have not published the site yet, but like I said, in the preview (which I assume will be what I see after posting it) it is fine. It is just in bv that I can't see it.

Pretty weird.

Here is another thing. If I set the image as a background, I can see it (of course it is tiled all over the screen).

Any ideas?

when you use an image as your background, you are best to import it with the image tool in the builder. You can set up the exact size of the image with Pix resizer. If you wish to send me the image you can do so at

I will look at the image once it is uploaded to my site and then you can see it as a published image.

How are you putting the image on the page? Using which tool? It should show up on the page the same as you see it in preview.

I imported it via the import image tool in BV. I also just created another page and the same thing happened as I tried to import a different graphic. Again it shows up in the preview, but not in the bv builder.

I will send the original graphic to mrmagoo144 and see if he can do anything with it.

You are importing the image to the cp- but you aren't putting it on the site. Why don't you add the image by adding the image itself to the page? Use the icons in the bv builder as they are meant to be used :).

It's not a matter of doing anything to the image - you have to ADD the image to the page.
