Thread: vertical lines

i wanted to know how can i add VERTICAL lines in to my web page

can i see the left space in the BV working sheet (like i see it on preview) if i adajst it to be centered ?

Hi Danny... I take a shape... enable border...make transparent... and squeeze the rectangle into a vertical line...This is the best way for a vertical I can figure... Have Fun.. Doug

Hi, you can also place a table on the page & remove the borders & place a colour for the background. The only reason i suggest this? is i have notice quite a few end up with funny shaped lines with some browsers using a shape. The only downside with a table is with a vertical line, you can only get it down to 2-3px wide & you may want a thiner line than this.
