Thread: Logo created in bluevoda doesn't show up when published

I have created a logo for the website imwebdesign.iampresence.biz probably a .png file. But, when the pages are published the logo doesn' appear on the pages.

I have already checked the hotlink protection in cpanel and the .png extension is in the allowed extension list.
Is there any way to save it a a jpeg or Gif file iso of the default .png whithout going through paint brush as it is not an easy task to extract it from there as it is a star format.
Does anybody have an idea?

You will need to make sure that it is a jpeg or gif or png. Any other format will not work.

I guess I have to change the logo then because I tried to alt printscreen it into paintbrush (as mentioned in the forum) but it needs a steady hand to cut out all that is not needed.

It is a jpg format make sure that you do not accidentally have anything on top of the image hiding it.
In viewing the html of the page I cannot find the image. Is isupposed to be on the index page?
What are the elements that you wish to discard?

Goto this url and download one of the best photo viewer /editor
program. Just open your .png in the viewer and re "save as .jpg or gif".
