Default adding link to scrolling marquee?

I would like to put a scrolling marquee on my site with a link to another site. There is no option to do that, and I tried putting it in the html which didn't work. How can I make a marquee with a link?

    Thanks...

    <a href=http://www.yourwebsite. com>enter your scrolling text</a>
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.

...or open the marquee properties window, highlight the text, then click the Link button (green button with chain) - top-right.

Yip, it's a real nice feature Ramsey. I've used it on my friend's training site.

I am presuming a fairly new addition? or just a not so known one?
