About LinkBacksok when I upload, if I have images, do i need the auto uploader and have those files in it to upload, or are they already auto uploaded???

Use the "Publish" button or File/Publish for your BV pages and everything is sent to the server.

No, any you insert onto your blue voda page uploads when published .. no need to separately upload it anywhere ..
