Set your page width to 800 wide & check the center in browser under page properties.

The latest version of BV comes with dotted lines all marked for you.
Design your pages to fit the width of the dotted lines. You can have it any length or height you so chose.

hi ty but i found out my real problem its that my page is an image background and when ever i change resolution's it makes copies of it here's my url so u cn see what i mean

Hi .. yes, that is what is going on because of applying the image as a background on your page properties .. Insert this image onto your blue voda page instead, insert - image - and then choose a background color of your choice instead for the background .. ..
