I hope i am posting this in the right place.

how do i make flash sites, logos etc? can i do it with blue vode or do i need another program? if another program, which one?

You can publish a flash site, but you cannot create flash items with bluevoda.

For a good selection of flash creating programs just use google.

For flash Logos, we have a few members that can provide that service and are listed here.
